I used to go to another place that's located downtown for gyros and burgers. Not anymore. This is the place. A varied menu and absolutely great food. Go ...tell them Morris told you to stop by and enjoy a meal. And....some really good music !

This is a really good find in the Gateway area of Uptown Charlotte. Priced are extremely affordable! I tried the lamb and beef gyro with everything of course. What's everything? How about lamb/beef, tzatziki sauce, tomatoes and french fries. Wanna make better get it my way and add bacon 😋and a fountain drink for a total of $8.76. A couple of things to note here. First, it is a small space so carry-out may be better during some times. Second, they close at 9pm so you're late night cravings will not be satisfied. Third, there is ongoing construction in the area, so be prepared for a little walk. Staff is super friendly staff and great food make it easy to recommend this one. As always if you found my review helpful, please take a second and hit the 👍, Thanks!

We ordered a couple beef and lamb gyros when we were too tired to go out for food. LVG called to clarify our special requests, and the delivery was lightning fast - much quicker than the 45-60 min estimate that was shown online. The falafels was not the usual recipe but instead seemed to contain potatoes (?) and tasted somewhat like hush puppies. The beef and lamb gyro are terrific, the fries the best. My friend had the chicken gyro and potato salad and they were very good too!

Great little sandwich shop next to the university. I arrived a little after noon and the line was out the door. Not to worry, the service was quick and efficient and before I knew it, I had my food. The gyro with beef and lamb was delicious. There were a few small tables indoors and a couple of larger ones outside. Fast, tasty, and reasonably priced!

Tried this place honestly because the sanitation was good when I looked it up. My sister and I had the gyro with the lamb and beef and fries. The fries was awesome!! Loved it!! The gyro was good but never seen meat like that. It was tasty but questionable... I then saw the brownies and decided to buy two, they have the best brownies!! I absolutely loved the moistness!! Will come back just will get another gyro!!
